Booking cancellation

Booking Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 days before the check-in date at no charge.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount.

  • No-Show: Guests who do not arrive without prior notice will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

  • Non-Refundable Rates: Bookings under promotional or non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.

  • Early Departures: Guests who shorten their stay after check-in will be charged the full amount of the original reservation.

  • Modification Requests: Changes to the booking (dates, room type, number of guests) are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.
